Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a powerful, body-centered therapy that supports the body to subcortically access unprocessed trauma through eye gaze location. Through this approach we can access and release unresolved trauma. Brainspotting supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, reduces stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity.
Parts Work (Internal Family Systems – IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) assists clients to build a compassionate relationship with the different parts of themselves; the emotions, patterns, and protective strategies that developed over time. By getting to know these inner parts, we gain insight into our internal landscape and move toward greater self-understanding and inner harmony.
Parts work helps you explore and integrate the different aspects of yourself that have been cast off or effected by stress or trauma. Through this approach, we work to identify and understand the “parts” of yourself that hold pain or limiting beliefs and foster compassion and communication between internal parts. FS supports the development of a strong relationship with your core Self.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy* and Neural Retraining
These approaches are based on the concept of neuroplasticity; through awareness, compassion, and consistent practice, we can reshape how we experience our physical body and emotional life. This combined approach addresses chronic pain, illness, and stress by helping the brain reinterpret symptoms and create new pathways for healing. Through Pain Reprocessing Therapy and neural retraining, we aim to interpret sensation through a lens of curiosity and safety, supporting the reduction in symptoms and shifting long-held patterns and beliefs around pain and stress. Together, these approaches teach the brain and body what safety feels like, helping to restore balance, reduce tension, and support a greater sense of ease and resilience in daily life. Clients often experience not only a reduction in physical pain but also improvements in emotional regulation, energy, and overall well-being.
